Dr. Pitcher, owner of the Rosen Pitcher Dental Group since January 2003, is a Pittsford native and even attended St. Louis School located across the street from her office. After graduating from Our Lady of Mercy Highschool, she received her Bachelors of Science Degree from William Smith College. Then became a graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, thus fulfilling her childhood dream of becoming a dentist. Her Pediatric Post-Graduate training was completed at the Eastman Dental Center at the University of Rochester. Today she is honored to be a Diplomate of The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and Fellow of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Pitcher and her family live in Rochester and enjoy recreating in the Finger Lakes. She takes pride in her work caring for her patients as if they were her own children. “Children should be treated with dignity and compassion, and with the finest quality care they deserve!”

As published in the Nov – Dec edition of the (585) magazine, Dr. Pitcher was awarded as one of the 2014 Top Dentists as evaluated by her colleagues when asked, “If you had a patient you needed to refer, who would you send them to? Gerald Rosen, D.D.S.

Pediatric Dentist for Children

Founder of the Rosen Dental Group for children, Dr. Rosen continues to work side by side with Dr. Pitcher at the Rosen Pitcher Dental Group for Children. In addition he is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at U of R’s Eastman Dental Center. He is a Diplomate of The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and Fellow of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and American Society of Dentistry for Children. He continues to publish articles in dental journals as well as the Democrat and Chronicle. Dr. Rosen graduated from New York University Dental School. He came to Rochester over 35 years ago for his pediatric training; and with his wife Maxine, raised three sons in Pittsford. “I practiced general dentistry for my first five years in practice, but children have always been first in my heart!” Recently he was honored to be awarded the International College of Dentists Fellow awarded October 19, 2012 San Francisco, CA.

Stacy came to us with years of experience in the dental and medical field. We consider her an asset with a degree in Human Resources. When not working, Stacy enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be working around children.

MichelleMichelle H., Front Desk Receptionist

At the front desk reception, you will meet Michelle. Michelle brings to our office her experience of running her own daycare for 15 years and being in the medical field. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, friends and going to her children’s college sporting events. We are happy to have her diverse background.

Vicki O., R.D.H.

Vicki graduated from the Monroe Community College Dental Hygiene program with Distinction. She belongs to the Dental Hygienist Honor Society. In her spare time, Vicki loves being with her fiancée and two children. We know your children will love Vicki’s sweet and gentle nature.

DeannaDeanna A., R.D.H.

As a mother of three, Deanna relates well and is amazing with our patients. Away from the office she enjoys hiking and running; she even completed a half marathon last March. We are happy to have her as part of our team with her spirited personality.


Elaine S., R.D.H.

A life long Fairport native, Elaine earned her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992. In college, she was president of the “Students of the American Dental Hygienists Association,” received the Rochester Area Colleges Outstanding Adult Scholar Award, the Dental Society of the State of New York Albert H. Stevenson Award, Dental Hygiene Association of the State of New York President’s Award for Excellence in Professional Participation, Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges, Outstanding Student Clinician Award, and was elected to the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Elaine has two grown children and a grandson. Her interests include traveling, viewing nature & wildlife, gardening and reading. Elaine’s soft, confident voice and nurturing way puts her children patients at ease!
